Join us in this Art and Psychology workshop where you'll explore your emotions and needs by working with colors and different materials. Led by visual artist Tasha Arlova and licensed psychologist Giulio Ammannato, you'll engage in activities and exercises designed to facilitate a deeper connection with your inner world.

You'll gain valuable tools to better identify, understand, and express your emotions in the present moment. Whether you choose to engage deeply or simply observe, know that you'll be warmly welcomed and surrounded by a supportive community.

No prior experience is necessary, and all materials used in the workshop will be provided by the host.
